Phillip Smeed is a Chartered Surveyor with the RICS and associate member of the CIArb. Phillip is a retired member of the Chartered Institute of Building and Chartered Institute of Civil Engineer Surveyors. Phillip is also an Expert Witness and Independent Determier registered with the RICS. Working in Untired Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Ireland, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, State of Qatar, Sultanate of Oman, Kingdom of Bhutan, and the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Phillip is an experienced Quantity Surveyor with over 39+ years in the construction industry. From the outset Phillip tended to specialize in working with specialist subcontractors such as piling, fit out, MEP, or mainstream construction. With the latter years being dedicated to construction claims preparation and defence along with dispute resolution. In his time, Phillip has worked on various international projects in dispute, and commercial management of various projects. Phillip has also been part of an internal audit for various companies and projects.

Phillip currently specializes in quantum claims drafting and defence for the contractor and employer alike and has an interest in dispute resolution and has acted and an expert witness on various projects.

Howard is a Senior Forensic Delay Analyst / Project Planner having spent the last 25+ years working within various high profile, complex construction pojects around the World.

These include such industry sectors such as Aviation (Abu Dhabi Mid Field Terminal and Dubai Airports, UAE. Mangesh is a Certified Associate of Charted Institute of Arbitrators UK and currently undergoing the certification for Certified Delay Analyst (CCDA) .

Mangesh is civil engineer and has completed Post Graduate Diploma in advance construction Management from Nicmar.

Asif is Fellow of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London (FCIArb). He is having Post Graduate Diploma in Arbitration (CEM, Reading, United Kingdom)

Post Graduate Diploma in ADR (ICADR, NALSAR, Hyderabad)

He Civil Engineer and done MBA in University of Petroleum & Energy Services, India.

Asif is registered Arbitrator & expert with Oman Arbitration center.
