Since our establishment in Qatar in 2018 AG Consultancy has been involved in the successful resolution of many commercial and contractual disputes on a various highprofile project.

  • Provided contract administration and claims advisory services to a multibillion and multipurpose development in heart of Doha in support of the Main Contractor’s claims.
  • Military Air Base Project – Joint Venture dispute in an ICC Arbitration – Expert Witness Report and cross examination
  • Oil and Gas Project – Entitlement for Prolongation – Expert report preparation for an Arbitration proceeding based on solicitors’ instructions.
  • Hotel refurbishment and redevelopment project – provided Independent Expert report on the entitlement of the rights for various claims submitted by the main contractor.
  • Qatar Hamad International Airport project – JET Fuel Supply Project - Provided forensic delay analysis to the Main Consultant to support extension of time claim.
  • Qatar University Student Housing – MEP Works - Provided expert analysis report of our clients claims which were in litigation with respect the claim from the MEP subcontractor to main contractor.
  • Hotel Project – Provided expert advisory services to the fitout contractor to support his case which was in litigation.
  • Qatar Rail two stations - provided contract administration and claims management services to the Main Contractor – seconded team of 4 Senior Quantity Surveyors, 2 Contract Administrators and one Contract Manager at project site office in Doha.
  • Various multibillion QAR residential compound – Provided the contract administration services to the MEP subcontractor.
  • Green field mega development project – Cost Estimation at concept design phase.
  • Sports Stadiums – Various claims from the Contractors – Provided expert independent report to the board of directors of mega developer in Qatar.
  • Qatar School construction – Provided contract management services to the Main Contractor.
  • Four multipurpose towers in Qatar – Provided Claims preparation and defence services to support claim of MEP sub-Contractor.
  • Qatar Petroleum District Project provided - BIM modelling services - seconded specialists to the main fitout contractor.
  • Various MEP Projects - MEP Subcontractor – Provided independent expert report on the cost claims.
